My journey to become a happiness coach started 6 years ago. After graduating from college with a BA in Psychology, I felt lost. I constantly ruminated on these questions:

What is my purpose in life?

Why do I feel so empty inside?

Why is true happiness so difficult to attain?

How can I create a meaningful life?

I embarked on a quest to find answers. Along the way, I had wonderful moments of self-discovery, which led to more self-awareness and self-growth. I identified some thoughts and behaviors that kept me from living a happy and meaningful life.
